What is it?

Determines how much manual review will be required when receiving electronic documents from other institutions.

How does it help?

Streamlining manual review processes results in faster delivery times for patrons. There are three options available: always, never, and trusted.

Getting started

Odyssey

1. In the ILLiad Customization Manager - go to Odyssey | Trusted | OdysseyAutoElecDel
2. Key Value - enter one of the options below.
   1. Always allows all articles to go directly to the patron without any staff review.
   2. Never means all articles must be reviewed by staff.
   3. Trusted allows only articles received from Trusted senders to bypass staff review.
3. Save

Article Exchange

1. In the ILLiad Customization Manager - go to System | Article Exchange | ArticleExchangeTrusted
2. Key Value - enter one of the options below.
