What is it?

Number of days before electronic delivery files are deleted from the server by the System Manager.

 

How does it help?

The ILLiad System Manager deletes PDF files that are no longer required or are older than the maximum number of days allowed for retention on the ILLiad web server (specified in the DaysBeforeElectronicDeliveryCleanup key at Borrowing | Electronic Delivery).

Key Value: Atlas Default = 30 Days

Getting Started

  1. In the ILLiad Customization Manager - go to Borrowing | Electronic Delivery | DaysBeforeElectronicDeliveryCleanup
  2. Key Value - Atlas's default value is 30 days. The number of days varies by institution.
  3. To edit - update the Key Value to the number of days your institution would like to retain a PDF before it is automatically deleted from the server. 
  4. Save
